Rafael was awesome there were a few obstacles he had to navigate but he stuck with it until I got results that I was happy with look forward to dealing with him on a regular basis
When I dropped off my vehicle, it was fast. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, it was very slow. The advisor just said tell the person in the middle and they will call someone to bring your car up. I asked if they found anything on my car, he said no they didn’t. I had asked if they could check when I came in the morning because I could hear something loose underneath my car. It take more than 15 minutes for my vehicle to be brought around. There were 3 other people waiting for their cars too.
