Andrew was great this morning. As he approached me, he introduced himself after what I needed. Andrew was very courteous and attentive to my needs. I told him I was there for a regular maintenance and to also check my alignment. He said he would and then he would update me if there was any problem. About 45 minutes till he returned and told me that my vehicle needed an alignment and got it done in a respectful amount of time. Andrew was very courteous and forthcoming. Andrew is another reason why I continue to bring my vehicle to Norm Reeves Ford.

As un excited as I was to put $2000 into an older car, Rudy and everyone else was great to work with. Fix seems to be solid so I have to say everyone did a good job. I will return (hopefully not soon).

He was very helpful and empathetic with me throughout the whole ordeal,my truck spent 3 MONTHS in your shop and Andres would contact me EVERY WEEK to at least tell me to hang in there because the warranty company was dragging its feet,he is the reason why I didn’t loose my mind all this time.

I made an unexpected visit to Norm Reeves Ford after discovering a pop up message on my dash saying I only had 5% oil left. I immediately called the service dept. and was given an appointment an hour later. After checking my service records Eduardo Millan, my service rep, informed me I also needed a 20,000 mile checkup and took care of everything. He was informative, explained everything and I trusted his judgement. Just wish Norm Reeves would turn up the heat in the service waiting area as its always freezing in there.
