Crystal was very straightforward and was just as shocked at the lack of service from my previous dealership location. They held onto my car for 11 weeks and her tech (# 2006) figured it out in 24 hours. Props to the team. Please give that tech whatever internal recognition you have in your company.
My service advisor Richard did not communicate the progress of my vehicle. My messages were often not responded to and I had to show up to the actual service center in person to get actual updates. The project Elsa’s constantly delayed and cost increased but consistent updates were not provided. Other advisers who helped were much more responsive and knowledgable. Even on the day I picked up my vehicle, Richard was unaware it was complete and that the system had sent me an automated notification. I received more calls and a clear update from an advisor that recognized me from my previous visit. Richard seemed unaware of the process and his “updates” on the project were vague only stating “we’re working on it” and blaming the progress on the technician being “slow”. When asked specific diagnostic questions regarding error codes, Richard was not able to answer and seemed unfamiliar with vehicle repair in general. If he is new, I would recommend revisiting training fundamentals, time management, accountability and spending time with the actual technicians to familiarize himself with the brand and product he represents. Took forever for simple fix and did not even fix it in the end because multiple wrong parts were ordered and not enough parts were ordered as well, waste of my time
