My car was scheduled for a recall fix. Arrived on time. Waited 2.5 hours only to be told the part wasn't in. Terrible waste of time for me. Terrible.

The inspection took 2 3/4 hours and then I was not able to use my Nissan Rewards of $20.40. Also bill on service sheet is different than the credit card receipt. I think tax wS charged twice.

Mr Harrison was very professional and helpful. I was told that car should be ready in about two hours which it was. I have dealt with him in the past and each time he was very professional and knowledgeable.
