Adam went above and beyond to get my car repaired.He kept me updated daily on how repairs were going.He actually had my car repaired two days earlier than he originally estimated.Very happy with his customer service.Job well done!

I was not advised of your new policy of charging a 3% convenience fee for using a credit card for service, until I handed over my card to pay. Had I been made aware, I would have brought cash. After discussing my displeasure with both Judy and her boss, without remedy, I paid the fee just to get my car back. But you may rest assured it will be my last visit to your establishment. I am also undertaking a social media campaign to let everyone know about your new policy, since management couldn’t be bothered. You may be surprised at how much publicity that $16 bought you.
