If service is to be performed for recalled parts and the parts are not available,then the customer should be notified so that they will not make an unnecessary trip to the dealership. When that happens it causes the Customer to lose time and gas money.

Everyone was moving around & seemed so happy to assist customers! Service advisors ( I think that’s what they’re called) we all very courteous. The gentleman who assisted me was so detailed & clear about what my vehicle needed that. I didn’t have to ask questions. I keep asking myself why drive 40min through tunnel traffic just to go to Prioriy Nissan NN...it’s because of the genuine joy displayed by the employees, precise service advisors, and ohh the work performed has always been good.
