Its nothing on Adam. I was told that my car was being worked after I checked on the progress after 3hrs just to find my car parked in the back and it was never even touched. I had an appointment but for some reason was told there was 6 people ahead of me. How could that be that is over at least 6 hr wait and I had my children with me. I cancelled my service appointment and am not sure if I will be bringing my car back.

My car performs much better.
I wasn’t told that I would owe money for my tire rotation. I thought it was covered along with the oil change. Also, my vehicle wasn’t washed or vacuumed or sanitized after it was worked on. On top of that, the lady taking care of me at Priority was not wearing a mask and they were not practicing social distancing .
I had asked for tape residue to be cleaned from the back driver window, my husband mentioned it when he dropped it off as well as I did when I made the service appointment.
I would like the service manager to give me a call please.
I had an oil change appointment at 1040 on Friday 4Sep. I stayed in the waiting room.
I received a phone call at 1325 stating my car was ready. I got up from the waiting area and walked towards the counter. The clerk had a couple standing up there but talked to me even though I was farther back. I didn't even realize that she was talking to me at first. I wouldn't say that the clerk was rude but very nonchalant. I didn't get finished until 1329. It is unsatisfactory that it took almost 3 hours for a simple oil change that I could have done in 30 minutes.
She was so very kind! I am very satisfied with the friendly welcome she gave and very happy to have had her help an guidance along the way!
