First acknowledging that I was beyond late to my scheduled 7:40a appointment. But was accommodated upon arrival after confirmation on the phone from Melody and service advisor Sam. Sam did inform me that my wait may be longer to prioritize those already waiting or with appointments (absolutely understand). It has been a while since having my vehicle serviced at Priority, but the bar was high based on my expectations of the customer service received in the past. Was Sam a recently hired employee? (Recently meaning 2020). Coaching recommendation for Sam on her delivery, communicatiion and curtness. In addition, I happened to come out while the tech who was working on my car was standing at the counter regarding my overdue state inspection. A service I requested was not communicated to the tech (he did acknowledge that he "forgot" to ask/check). That didn't leave me confident in his ability that my vehicle was serviced as thoroughly as it should've been. My lack of confidence was confirmed as soon as I left the dealer. Car was shaking upon driving (speed limit), breaking and pulling to the right. So the services I paid for weren't complete to resolution. I appreciate the follow-up by Sam after my vm to the service manager. And request that a more seasoned and senior tech addresses the issue upon my return next Tuesday.
