Staff did damage to my vehicle then tried to get me to pay for the damages. Manager also stepped to the side and let the assistant manager handle it.

I had a 1 o'clock appointment for a state inspection, didn't get out of your establishment until 3:45. It should not take almost 3 hours to get an inspection when I had an appointment. Every one was courteous, but that was far too long a wait.
I very much appreciated Ms. Morton positive spirit so early in the morning, 7:50.
