Made an appointment if you have an oil change at 8:40 this morning it wasn't completed and I had to call to find out if it was ready it was almost 1 don't know why I had to make an appointment for 8:40 hopefully they can do better next time thank you Ronald

Just needed my tires rotated. I was told between 30-60 minutes. I had to wait.
When I wasn’t called in 75 minutes I went into see how things were going. I was told my car was ready. They had also done an inspection too. I assume that was why it took so much longer.
I would have been OK with the longer time, but would have appreciated a closer estimate.

Service completed in an hour, but Sam was not wearing his mask properly and was sneezing and not sanitizing his hands or using facial tissues. I wish more sanitizer was readily available!

Well I was there for 2 hours for a oil change and they wrote down the wrong mileage on my car. Other than that it was fine.
From my first contact with Adam on Saturday to picking up my car on Monday I received exceptional customer service. I am completely satisfied with his service.
I had an appointment at 2pm by 5pm I went to check on my car. No one had even started working on my car for an oil change. I am very upset after being there for 3 hours and nothing was done. This is the worst service ever. Its always a long wait for anything I go there for. This is the worst place for business. My time is valuable and I wasted 3hrs sitting for nothing. I would never recommend anyone to get service there. I still don't have an oil change done i have a busy schedule so its hard to make it . I will be finding somewhere to take my car .

One thing to mention was that my vehicle failed inspection due to a faulty fog light...but it was working when I got home.

I've been receiving multiple messages about my vehicle being serviced and my vehicle was not at the dealership. Also, I was given a ridiculous quote for a repair and seeked an independent mechanic. The cost for the part was much cheaper and the labor. I've been very dissatisfied with priority period. Ny husband and I gave purchased serveral cars through priority but we will be seeking elsewhere from here in out. I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty but when repairs are needed, it covers nothing.
