Adam Harrison was very professional and assisted me with all my questions and concerns. He acknowledged me even though he was assisting another guest to let me know he would help me once he’s finished. I appreciated that because there are many times I arrive somewhere and there’s no greeting to let me know I’ll be waited on soon or even let me know they realize I’m there. He quickly assisted me with a shuttle request and kept me updated through texts and phone calls on the status of my vehicle. I look forward to continue my service with Priority Nissan. Thanks
I was there for 3.5hrs for an oil change and annual inspection. That is totally unacceptable!

)get more organized...had 9 am appt for state inspection...took 2 and 1 half hour.service came to get me and said I needed 4 new tires I then was told the wrong Insp ticket was shown to me. 9 am appt and my car wasn't brought in until 11. Bad experience.

Customer service was excellent. Samantha (Sam) took the time to explain the service that was being provided and what maintenance will be further needed on my vehicle in an understandable manner. When I got in my vehicle to leave, the warning lights were still on so I went back inside to let Sam know and she personally took care of resolving the issue. It’s been a long time since I had this level of customer service with Priority Nissan of Newport News. Please do whatever possible to keep Sam on the Priority Nissan team. She is an asset!!!!
My experience with the representative was excellent. I do feel that the customer should be given unknown information about there vehicle without finding things they need for their vehicles through the media. Like air conditioner filters. Never knew that. And no one mentions it
