I scheduled an appointment at 8:40am. It took them 4 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. I had to call the shop to see if my vehicle was finished. I was transferred 2 times from 2 different service reps. They did notify it was completed an ready to be picked up at 12:45PM.

I know you need business to stay in business, but I don't believe the state inspection results. I plan to take my truck to the state police and let them inspect it for discrepancies
