Nicole took very good care of us, in constant communication.
Due to Covid and a severe injury involving a dislocated shoulder what nerve damage I was not able to have my car serviced in time. ,And because I was one day late, you did not do the brake service which will now cost me about $1800. Also, because I had to change my appointment due to my injury and illness, the person I talk to who arranged for my service to be done today told me that everything would be covered and not to worry about it. I feel like you need to honor what you said you would do and perform the brake service that was in my warranty.

I don't want to criticize too much. I can say that.
I also work in the sales and service department. When a customer who has less English than me comes in, I try to speak more slowly or use google translator to make them feel comfortable, without hurrying to make them leave satisfied. they always thank me for my patience and effort. which makes me happy and I get more customers because of that nice service. During the 1.5-week service period, whoever I spoke to (nicole and the other officer, I think his name is jonathan, I'm not quite sure) had a difficult English dialogue for me during the service period. I'm still learning English, but one of the places where I felt most uncomfortable was this Audi service. But still thank you for the service I got from Nicole
I would have expected more of an interest that embraces and guides the customer. Unfortunately, I wanted to leave as soon as possible. I do not know if I will come again. I hope I don't have to

Robert, the Service Advisor was great. I will request him again. However, the Service Tech did not reset my tire pressure gauges. 15 minutes from the Dealership the alarm sounded, requiring a return trip. Not a good experience after spending $2000.

Robert was very professional
1. We received a text inform us the vehicle was due for service. Upon arrival the service representative informed us it was not in fact due. He further explained they send out blind texts. This sales technique is not appreciated.
2. We did ask the AC system be looked at and it was services without incident - Thank you.
3. Upon completion of service the vehicle was returned without a cleaning. It was explained the system was down for maintenance. This service was emphasized when purchasing the vehicle and more times than not, the vehicle wash is not included as part of any service.
