I thought the service was great! I wish someone would have told me that the appointment was going to be 2 hours when I made the appointment! Also, I can’t believe the dealership took away the snacks and decent coffee. There was a pot of coffee with powdered cream. I just expected more from an Audi dealership!

There’s a scratch on the right side hood of my car? This happened once before I reported it nothing or nobody ever got back to me so I just took it to a detail shop and they buffed it out. But this time I would like Audi to take care of it I will take a picture and send to you if you like
