My service advisor, Harold was rude and had an attitude. The experience I had was terrible. I’ve owned Other luxury brands in the past. Mercedes and Lexus provided much better customer service. Based on my experience, I would think twice about buying/leasing another Audi. I did speak with the service advisor and he offered me a car detail, but all I wants was great customer service!

Jerrick was great and kept me informed. I was tight in time and it fit me in to check my tires. I swamped a few appointments and appreciated that he asled if I wanted car washed, which I appreciated. He was kind, informative, and considerate.

Remember, my car is a Prestige and it has all the options. 2 keys, manuals. Services at Audi, not a dent or scratch, no accidents, and only has about 24,600 miles.
