Audi corporate needs to figure why my 2020 A3 car keeps stalling. Seems everyone is guessing. Not very professional for Audi corporate who can’t seem to guide the dealership service garages on a fix. I’ve been back and forth 6 times to the dealership in the last month trying to resolve this issue. Does this seem fair to to you?

Eric was a good service advisor. Perhaps I just do not understand how the relaying of information works these days. I would have gone ahead and done some of the “yellow” items on the multi-inspection report if they had been brought to my attention earlier. I sent a text after my service asking whether they should be done before another year goes by, but I still have not heard back. Otherwise the service was good.
