I had a seamless service from beginning to end with Nicole. She was incredibly patient and helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me and she showed excellent customer service skills. She even offered to wait for me to get there because it was close to closing and I was stuck in traffic. I didn't buy my Audi from this dealership because my son works in Audi Clearwater but if he didn't I would definitely highly consider purchasing from yours. Thank you Nicole. My Q3 is driving better than new!

Customer service ****. They didn’t even have the courtesy to even set my clock back. I asked if I can have my car washed it wasn’t washed . I had better service at my VW dealer
I wasn’t satisfied with the detailing of my car. Debri and smudges were left on the car, the inside was not wiped down and there was no tire shine.

The water leak is still a problem. I dont get why you all dont test things out prior to claiming that the problem got fixed. My lawyers will contact you next!

I was very satisfied with my service with Eric. He was quick to check me in when I arrived for my service and he answered all of my questions. He was also helpful when I had to return to the dealership when the coolant message came up again on my car. He was able to accommodate me by providing a rental. However, I was hoping the service department would have been able to identify the issue so I would not need to return my car back to the dealership.
