Car was half cleaned. Hand prints on exterior, dash hadn’t been cleaned.
I went in for my 15,000 mile service which is covered by Audi Care. Eric hooked me up at an empty desk to work from my laptop. He asked if I wanted the complimentary car wash which they stopped doing during COVID and the next time I saw him I was good to go. It only took 1 1/2 hours but it seemed to fly by.
Eric Palmer should be the face service professional everywhere. Every interaction he has is with the customer in mind. He understands that customer satisfaction is at the core of a successful brand. Audi Fort Lauderdale I hope you realize what a blessing you have that he works there.
Wonderful efficient service
Nicole was very professional and quick at her job. I was impressed.
We are loyal audi customers and have been for many years! We were in Miami to see family and a minor issue with our car took place, we called the closest dealership and made an appointment, after an hour we were told not covered under warranty which our suv is a 2019 with 28k miles q7 prestige, we agreed to have it looked at it took approximately 20 minutes for a tech to look and come back with an estimate of over4k in parts alone! With zero attempt to repair a sensor! We called our local dealership and made sure it was safe to make the 17 hour trip home! We also filed a complaint with audi of America! Oh and for the 20 minutes it took to look at the car we were charged 346 dollars for a **** diagnostic check!!! Not pleased at all! Nicole was pleasant that was the only decent part about the whole situation. Taking advantage of people so far from home is revolting

The car came back with a ton of oil or dirt from taking the headliner off. Being a beige interior i would expect that that be cleaned before returning the car even if it was a “free” job.
