I first met Henry at the North Miami Audi location two years ago. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have since followed Henry to the Fort Lauderdale location. He is my guy. Whenever there is a concern, I understand that I can rely on Henry to provide me with solutions and explanation, prior to the start of the service. Today was a simple light bulb replacement but once again, I am comfortable knowing Henry is on the case.

The pricing for the service, while communicated to me beforehand, has been astronomically high. Completely unsustainable hourly rates, coupled with 2 hour minimum for diagnosing the problem (even when the problem is completely apparent and ended up being exactly the same as the reason the vehicle was brought to you), makes even a smallest visit to your location an over $1000 expense. I can not image myself using your dealership for anything but warranty work.

I am still having the same issue and my vehicle was there for 3 months for the repair. Received it back with many more problems. Very frustrated with the whole situation and looking further into it.
