The staff were great, but I got used to receiving a better service from Audi, I had an appointment at 2pm and I arrived 5 min before, but a needed to wait until 2:30 to be attended. Additionally, the appointment was for 2 recalls and given that, I was expecting Audi to at least say “thanks for take your time to come and solve this, that wasn’t your fault” I have had Audi for around 20 years and I love it, but I love it because I feel that offers me better quality and better service than others, but yesterday wasn’t a better experience it was “just good enough”

Your prices are extremely high. Luckily, my repair was covered by the extended warranty. However, I have to go elsewhere for the brakes because you're three times more than what it should cost.
