Robert did a great job. I just don't feel the diagnosis is totally correct that the vibration in making sharp turns is contributed to the Quatro.
I have driven many cars and this is a first.
It's my personal opinion no impact on Robert or Bob.
Already spoke to service manager. They already evaluated and proved faulty USB port 2 months ago and supposedly ordered part, but then never ordered it and told me they have no records of faulty USB port. And service person and technician no longer work there
Nicole is really helpful, nice and I enjoyed working with her today.

Good morning I was completely satisfied with the service especially for the young lady who took care of me ( great customer service)
I was unable to open the link to see what was done during the full 20,000 service and inspection. I usually have my Audis serviced at Audi of Pembroke Pines and am used to that and can print a hard copy for my records. So I can see things like the wear on the tires, or the conditions of fluid levels, etc. I tried to connect just after leaving the dealership and later the next day. I could not, so I gave up. This is not a reflection on the service agent. Audi of Pembroke Pines also sends you a video of the inspection with comments on what looks good and what might need some attention in the near future.
The problem is not yet resolved but Nicole was awesome. She worked hard to get the problem rectified. She kept me informed every step of the way. Nicole was also prompt in getting me out the door when I came to pick up my car.
I had to wait 40 min to get picked up to go back to the dealership because after speaking to 3 people no one called a Lyft. Communication was really messy. Also irritating that there were no loaners. This isn’t “luxury” customer service.
although my salesperson was very friendly my appointment was at 11:30 a.m. and I was not checked in until 12:30 p.m. and did not leave until after 3:00 p.m. I also came the Thursday before the 4th of July weekend and was told to come back Tuesday 11:30 a.m. and when I called to confirm my appointment I was told that I did not have an appointment I believe the crew was on lunch break but a better time should have been assigned to me as a client but other than that it was a great experience.
I left a message, as soon as I pulled out a light came on the dash for a side light that’s now out
Nicole is awesome, she is always on point and knows what needs to be done. I don’t have to worry when I drop off my Q7.
Nicole was very helpful and easy to work with. She respected my time which I really appreciated.
