I am currently driving my 3rd Audi, after my experience today, this will be the LAST Audi I purchase! I have confidently taken my car to Fort Lauderdale Audi for service. Until today, I have always been treated as an appreciated Audi owner by a well-trained and respectful staff. Today I felt like I was at an "old school" used car delearship where the maintenance department fully intended to squeeze every last dime out of me! I had to pay $350 dollars to have the service department do a "diagnostic" for the $279.95 alingment I came in for. After my "diagnosis" I was told that I could NOT get an alignment unless I paid $1,416.33 for new front breaks and rotors. When I declined to purchase the breaks and roters, the Service Manager came back not one time, not two times, but THREE times, negotiating the price down. He went as far as saying I was now ABLE to have the alingment without the front break and roter replacement. Strange because I was orginally told this could NOT be completed. First I believe the $350 "diagnostic" fee is absurd! Then to have the Service Manager continuously reduce the price to get me to spend more money means this fee is a chump charge! Then I was told I needed to pay an additional $35 "Shop Fee", are you serious! The icing on the cake is when the usual car wash after service was not available due to a "broken part." Are you actually going to say that after Audi owners come in and pay rediculous prices and made up fees that they can't even get the OUTSIDE of their car washed? Maybe you should take the $35 "Shop Fee" and hire someone to wash the cars...just a thought.

I came in with an emergency battery issue with no appointment. You guys were extremely busy. They were able to still get it done the same day and gave me a fair (for a dealer) price for the service as well. I would recommend you guys and will certainly continue to bring our Audis there
