we did not feel welcomed when we were checking in with our service advisor to drop off our car for service. When we were picking up our car, we had to wait for 20 min after speaking with Audi for someone to request a Lyft ride for us for pickup; this excludes the time waiting for Lyft to arrive.

I find it infuriating that the service department at this dealership seems to think it is no big deal to tell a customer that there are no loaner vehicles available and absolutely nothing they can do to ensure reliable transportation when an $80k+ vehicle is out of commission. The service adjusters and manager were uncooperative and dismissive about providing alternate transportation and after nearly 15 minutes of argument they suddenly found a loaner vehicle for me. I’ve been told by someone in sales that Audi North Miami is the “arch nemesis” of Audi Fort Lauderdale, this seems to be a self fulfilling prophecy. This is the 3rd attempt at using Audi Fort Lauderdale service and I wasn’t even remotely surprised at how unhelpful and uncaring the team was - I literally have zero expectations for remotely decent or even average service from this dealership. I have explained the same to Audi customer support, and I continue to be amazed with the service department’s ability to drive my expectations even lower. When considering why sales may not be as high as they could be, reflect on the way customers are treated by the service department. Finally, if arguments about the availability of loaner cars are getting annoying for the service department, consider either performing maintenance faster so loaner cars are not always unavailable - or - perhaps get more loaner vehicles.
