Overall my service experience was good everybody there was polite and I thought the video of my car was a good thing to provide. However I had to inquire about any discounts or coupons that could’ve been applied to my bill. My prior service advisor who is no longer there I believe her name was Aleene always looked out for coupons or discounts at the dealership provided when it came to service. I know the service advisors are paid a commission based on a percentage of each customers bill but regardless of that they should be doing whatever they can in order to lower the cost of the bill when coupons are applicable.
The staff was very accommodating making sure that I had transportation while the car was being serviced and the service was very prompt. The staff was very courteous.

It would have been better if you’d had a loaner but Robert was great.
I had a great experience with Robertt. the service garage was completely packed when I arrived yet I was still waited on in a timely manner and greeted very professionally and friendly. I also was super impressed with the communication through text...was really wonderful and pick up was easy as well.

As I waited with Nicole, a man stormed in loudly upset with the Lyft driver she arranged for him. Without a second passing she arranged for another driver for him, while checking me out and handled the situation professionally and with decorum. Consider your service office at a superior level thanks to Nicole. My car was returned in showroom condition. I’m very satisfied with her and the superior service. Give her an increase in pay, she’s excellent!
