The service was great. I received a text in the morning that my truck had been checked in (I dropped it off before the dealership was open) and I received a text when it was finished. I then received a call to arrange delivery back to me. I was completely satisfied and appreciated the service.

Dropped off at 8am appointment for one hour recall software updates. Two hours later not started .... waited on the truck and they completed at 3pm...
Recall was apparently completed however the same vehicle was in two weeks prior for oil change and investigation of parasitic battery leak. After paying nearly $200 for the investigation, and being assured the problem was solved, the battery then totally discharged after being in the garage for 3-4 days. This issue has persisted for nearly 3 years with at least 2 new batteries being installed! Can’t Fird Lincoln find a fix? There are several blogs discussing this very problem…
