I requested pure synthetic oil on my first service visit. A blend was put in my car instead. I was promised a call as to what you were going to do about it. That never happened. I called you 3 days later. I was told to bring my car back in and you would change the oil. That happened and I was not charged for the additional price in oil. I am now satisfied.
I asked to also check my brakes but did not receive anything g about them. I also asked to h a ve my tires inflated to 32 and they were inflated to 35.
My drivers side front turn signal was not working.
I was on my way home from an appointment and just stopped in to see when it could be fixed.
It was about 9 a.m. and it was repaired by 9:45 a.m.
Bob Thomas is the only place I take my car for service.

Tony was friendly and patiently explained what was discovered. He had a shuttle ride waiting when I arrived and called as soon as the car was finished, again sending the shuttle to get me. I like working with that location. I feel heard, treated respectfully and fairly. Tony deserves a raise!

We were on a time crunch to get our vehicle back so my wife could get to an important out of state appointment and the team here went above and beyond, working with out extended warranty company and all, to make sure we have the vehicle repaired and road worthy as quickly as possible.
