Recall was apparently completed however the same vehicle was in two weeks prior for oil change and investigation of parasitic battery leak. After paying nearly $200 for the investigation, and being assured the problem was solved, the battery then totally discharged after being in the garage for 3-4 days. This issue has persisted for nearly 3 years with at least 2 new batteries being installed! Can’t Fird Lincoln find a fix? There are several blogs discussing this very problem…

As I'm sure you are aware, the age of your facility is showing. E.g., the waiting room is small and a little grimy. My wife's car is a Subaru Outback. Ziegler has certainly raised the bar for waiting rooms! I recommend Mr Bob Thomas go have a look at this new, beautiful facility. Having said this, I strongly compliment your service staff for their honesty, friendliness and professionalism. Ziegler has nothing on you in that regard!

Tony was very patient with us. He kept us informed as new diagnostic and cost information was available. All concerns we had with the vehicle prior to the appointment were addressed. We were not able to find a ride to pick up the vehicle and the customer shuttle was out with other customers so Tony and the manager coordinated and the manager took time to come and pick us up as we were not far from the dealership. We have been customers at Bob Thomas Ford since 2022. We moved to Montticello IN in early 2024, but continue to come to Fort Wayne Bob Thomas Ford to have our vehicle serviced as we appreciate the customer service and work we receive. Your service writers, the service manager and office personnel are always friendly, professional and customer focuses. Your people and the auto mechanics who service are vehicle are why we remain loyal to Bob Thomas Ford on Illinois Rd despite living 2 hours away.
