Everything was great overall with the exception of two big dirty handprints left on the dash on the passenger side! I’m sure from changing the filter!

I was there for over two hours for a service that should have taken just over an hour. My old dealership included filling the DEF on a “the works” service, if it isn’t included I get it; but not the same level of service I was used to from my dealership in Tennessee.

Unnecessary work done for the sum of $330. You are not following manufacture guidelines. I have been faithful customer over 12 years. You always have been excellent and trustworthy. Now I have to double check everything or take my truck elsewhere. By the way Curtis has always been excellent as well. This is why car dealerships get a bad reputation.
