He went above and beyond today when he didn't need to. I had a big issue with my car and he helped me get it taken care of. I didn't have an appointment but it was a bit of an emergency and he took care of it. I'm very appreciative.

I was told that I had a gasket leaking causing a squealing belt, I paid 1400 to fix it and the belt is still squealing, I’m pissed!
Curtis was great to work with, as usual! He was informative, communicated well, and made me feel like a valued customer. My wait time was also shorter than I anticipated. :)
The customer lounge is pretty much a dump. The rest of the dealership isn't much better. For me personally, this detracts from my willingness to buy a new Ford.
Curtis was fine and very professional.
My issue is with the diagnosis of my vehicle.
I was told the transmission was going out and it would cost 7k to replace.
I declined any repairs but asked if the transmission fluid was filled to at least the required level.
I was told they didn't check for that.
I would assume that if you're telling me you diagnosed the transmission as bad that you would know what the fluid level was.
Very disappointed for the service I paid for.
I just needed a new key for my wife’s Lincoln. All went very well and the staff was very courteous.
Why am I having to buy new lug nuts for my F-150 because Ford uses a defective design that Ford is fully aware of ?
Now I’m told that I have “swollen lug nuts “ because of colder weather. Pardon my French, but that’s ****”
