I am impressed with the way the car feels with just an oil change and the price is good. They also care enough to tell me if other things need to be taken care of so I can prepare for future repairs. I greatly appreciate being able to stop in when I'm able or set up an appointment. The staff there are fun to talk to. Thank you for helping me keep running smoothly.

I took the vehicle in 3 weeks ago for this problem. I received a tune up a fuel injection cleaning. The problem was not solved. Today I was charged for telling me the i needed $4k in transmission repair. Not cool.
I don't understand why it takes so long for the minor service I get.
I will continue to have my truck serviced there and probably trade in soon Ty ! Steve.

It took 3 weeks for work to even begin on my vehicle! Tony had the flu right after I turned in my vehicle, and it wasn't assigned to someone else, so even starting the work was delayed. This has been the worst experience I've had with vehicle repairs.
Always prompt and courteous. Always answer my questions. Always nice and polite. Willing to meet my needs. Last time my vehicle was in the shop, they delivered my vehicle to me. Much appreciated
I haven’t had service like that from Bob Thomas in probably over 15 years. I bought three cars from Bob Thomas and it used to be that they would give you a loaner car and bent over backwards to service you. After my second car, the loaner car option disappeared. We always had to find a ride there and a ride back then they started the shuttle service which was OK but this delivering my car back to me was impressive back to the Bob Thomas that I used to know! I’d stop coming there for servicing because of the mediocre service but now I will return my car back to Bob Thomas for service! Good job!
