Car has a severe vibrant in front under accelerate two shop tell me bad cv shafts. You tell me bad tires replace tries then we will look at it. But have had tries blanced and rotated and they said nothing yet the two times I have you look at it the first thing out you tech is tires. Ford quality job none.
They went above and beyond to find a part on hand for me during service so I didn’t have to wait on a back order part!

The lug nuts on the right rear tire were NOT tightened after the wheels were rotated. I noticed mild vibrations followed by severe vibrations and wobbling. Now I have two broken studs and the tire almost came off while driving. THIS WAS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS AND QUESTIONABLY INCOMPETENT. I will now have to miss work on Tuesday to get this corrected. I purched thus truck new from from this location and have been a long time customer. PLEASE help me as soon as possible. James R

Time in and out was great.
Spent almost $700 had to take the car and a total of three times and the check engine light is still on. They tell me it’s because it needs an oil change. I just change the oil.I am not happy. I bought two vehicles from you in the last 10 years and I’m not sure that I will ever be back.
The service team is always helpful and friendly. The shuttle service is a nice perk too!
