I was very satisfied with my service of my car. I was in there for a recall on my backup camera. Mr. Smith explained that my camera was bad and that he will get the camera ordered and then call me to set up a time to install it. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I need someone to call me about my truck please
I spoke with David Friday 4/17/26 about my truck issue. David engaged in the conversation and helped as best as he could. He told be he could get my truck on their schedule Monday 4/20. My vehicle and repaired and on the road that Monday afternoon by 2pm. I appreciate David and the professionals at Bob Thomas Ford West to get my vehicle up and running.

Although my service took a bit longer than anticipated Anthony (Tony) kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle as I was waiting for it. I feel that he cared about my waiting, and that the work done was professional and done properly. I will return to Bob Thomas West for any service that I will require.
