Why did he park my car so close to the customers car next to mine. The passenger side was inaccessible to both vehicles. There were many open parking spaces available. The woman and her handicapped father arrived as I was leaving and was upset with me. I told them it was the red hair guy with the red beard that parked my car so close to there’s.

I feel as if you're bringing a vehicle to the auto maker for repairs it should go with out saying other things especially warning lights should be checked and this particular issue was due to a recall.

I was told an hour to get service. I got a tech who spent 4+ hours on a tire alignment (poor couple). It was 2 hours before even started service on my vehicle. Tech constantly asking other techs for help. So after 3 1/2 hours later service was done. I lost 2 hours of work at $125 an hour. None of the ‘text’ were answered during the service wait. They interrupted my service to have the tech put air in 4 tires. In 20+ years, it was probably most uninformed and dreadful service ever at this dealership. This tech needs more training or shouldn’t work alone. Call me, as a business owner, I want to know these things. Thanks.

There for an ok change. I checked the oil when I got home and had to add 1.25 guards to bring to full mark.

I think that there should be some type of tire lift for your mechanics to use when rotating tires so that one of your valuable mechanics doesn't injure their back.
