I was told the service would take an hour when I scheduled. Showed up and they told me it would take all day. I drove an hour for this service and when I informed them of this, they told me I can go to Rice Ford in Warsaw since that is where I live. I have bought several vehicles from Bob Thomas and I always have issues with service on the new vehicle side. I still drive an hour to the Quick Lane to have my oil changed.
