Service team member said my wiper blades were “tearing and streaking” and needed to be replaced. However, my wiper blades are doing neither of those as they are still in great working condition. I feel as though the service team was trying to get me to purchase items that are unnecessary.

Scheduling was easy and they gave us a call when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I like the online payment as well which made it even more convenient to grab the keys and not worry about paying when we picked up the vehicle.

I had a terrible experience just getting my car in to be serviced. After talking with the manager that scheduled me, I came back for the scheduled date and was told that “you in fact do not have anything scheduled and it is because that manager never writes anything down” … Not my problem. I was treated as if I do not know what I am talking about. Once finally getting my car in after weeks of waiting, I was again not treated very nice. I was being rushed out the door. I asked about two recalls on my vehicle and was told “don’t believe everything you read on the internet “ I then showed my phone of proof of the recall and it was once again dismissed like I knew nothing. I will never bring my car back here solely because of the service team.
Everyone was very friendly and nice. The service required was identified and completed. I now plan on using your service department for my regular maintenance.
