My complaint against Bob Thomas Ford….you charge folks for using a credit card - credit cards are the norm - I’m sure your company can absorb the fees and create goodwill with your customers. Staff is great - but you jeopardize positive feedback by charging fees that most businesses take care of.

Second time I requested full synthetic oil but received synth blend instead. The first time I passed it off as an isolated incident, but this is the 2nd time out of 4 times I have visited this lube station.

Called early in the week and set up my time. When I arrived at the agreed time later in the week, they had no record of me coming in or anything about my car. They quoted me two different numbers over the phone and in person, then when I picked it up the total did not equal either number. Was not notified that my car was done until I called them 2 later in the day since I had not heard anything and it was nearing closing. This makes me not want to bring my vehicle to this location in the future.
