Even when I gave the quick Lane pressure, telling him I had to be on the road in 90 minutes, they completed everything in 60. The technician, Angela, never slows down.

I received a call shortly after talking with Joe about what the problem was and we talked about the cost .. I agreed with Joe and his team started that afternoon and had it finished the next morning.. So grateful for the quick turnaround and getting my truck back.

Tom was incredible. He listened and did not belittle me, or make me feel stupid like some men at dealerships seem to. He helped me so tremendously I'm not sure i can put it into words. From speaking to another dealership on my personal phone for me and making sure they were doing right by me, to taking the time from his busy day to sit down and explain every cost and process that needed done. If I could go back, I would have loved to have purchased my vehicle with Bob Thomas, just the experience with the service team showed me how well they take care of their customers.
