You didn’t fix anything, just gave me a bunch of excuses on why you couldn’t fix things, then charged me for looking at it. This is why people hate dealerships. The moron “technician” that couldn’t figure out how to replace the plastic clips that hold on an air dam should be fired
The noise from the vehicle which was a concern was not addressed. I was told after over a week of being without a vehicle and over $1600 later that I could come back in and get that addressed at a different time. My vehicle sat for 3 days without being dealt with because customer service did not relay to the service team that my husband had called Monday and they were waiting on a call from my husband to work on my vehicle.

$287 and only 1 thing was addressed. The easiest one the moron technician couldn’t figure out. The clips needed replaced, you can move it with your hand. This is why dealerships are considered a scam and we won’t be back
They was very nice and fast
Service team member said my wiper blades were “tearing and streaking” and needed to be replaced. However, my wiper blades are doing neither of those as they are still in great working condition. I feel as though the service team was trying to get me to purchase items that are unnecessary.
