It was good service. But it would have been helpful if we could’ve paid by phone! I called ahead and indicated I had jury duty and would not be near a computer or phone. I gave my home phone to reach my husband. It was pointless to have the vehicle scheduled to be picked up and delivered if no one told us we could not give payment information on the phone. I did my part to communicate all issues but feel no one on your end “connected the dots.”
I had an issue with the process of the service department and Derek Schuch handled the issue in an expeditious & professional manner which renewed my confidence in Bob Thomas Auto Dealership.

I have ALWAYS had courteous,thorough,and professional service. They are well trained and competent in their service. Today I only came for oil change,but they checked over other items while there. That's why my husband and I only came to this dealership to buy cars and service.

One of my reported issues was not resolved and I noticed it in the parking lot of the dealership as I was preparing to drive away. I had to leave the truck overnight again and the problem was resolved the next day. I think the mechanic should have checked to ensure all issues were resolved before saying they were.
Not happy, $120 bs diagnostic charge for shock replacement, $20 shop charge and finally a 3% cc fee $21.82, so I got scammed $161.82 more than I was quoted. If I knew I was going to be charged for using a cc I would have written a check. The diagnostic charge is complete **** and noone spoke of the shop charge so can you see why I feel scammed?
I mean it was expensive but what do you expect at a dealership, Tom was cool and understanding so was Michele (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) quality work car feels great
