The communication was terrible. We had to keep calling for the status when they said it would take a day to repair. They had the truck for a week to repair. It should never take that long unless it's an engine overall. Would not recommend

My complaint against Bob Thomas Ford….you charge folks for using a credit card - credit cards are the norm - I’m sure your company can absorb the fees and create goodwill with your customers. Staff is great - but you jeopardize positive feedback by charging fees that most businesses take care of.
