Second time I requested full synthetic oil but received synth blend instead. The first time I passed it off as an isolated incident, but this is the 2nd time out of 4 times I have visited this lube station.

Called early in the week and set up my time. When I arrived at the agreed time later in the week, they had no record of me coming in or anything about my car. They quoted me two different numbers over the phone and in person, then when I picked it up the total did not equal either number. Was not notified that my car was done until I called them 2 later in the day since I had not heard anything and it was nearing closing. This makes me not want to bring my vehicle to this location in the future.

They got me right in for my appointment did the diagnostics let me know it was still under warranty they were going to order parts and let me know when they can get in. So far great experience.

I appreciate my window being retinues because of damaging it while installing my new door. Unfortunately the quality of tint does not match that of what I had. There are bubbles and spots.
