Took a one hour just to wash the car
John was absolutely wonderful. Always let me know how the work was going. Had a small issue with the rubber around the left rear wheel well. He said he would take care of it & then let me know when it was completed. In & out pretty fast. Always am happy with my service!

John did a professionl servicing of our Escape. I believe everything only took aboit 50 minutes which is fantastic and allowed my day to go on schedule.

I was very happy up until I got on the highway and driving back home (2 hours away) and I heard a loud noise under my car that was not there when I brought it in. Not sure what was wrong, I pulled in to a Ford dealership in Galesburg, Mi and explained the situation that I had just left the dealership in Fort Wayne and now my car is making a terrible noise. They looked at it and said that the “clips” or screws on a part that protected something else were missing and it was flapping in the wind on the highway causing the noise. They fixed it and that error cost me $50.00. Wasn’t happy about that!
Today was a easy in easy out day. John took care time to answer questions and fetch the folks from the body department. Thank you

I came up there frazzled and needed 2 batteries in my Superduty to drive to South Bend and work and he got me right in. The staff helped me troubleshoot some other issues real quick and I was on my way. Very impressed and will be back and recommend.
