TV was terrible in waiting room with bad stream that was always stuttering giving you a headache.
The service went well until I got to the car and seen my seat broke. They were quick to respond to the issue and willing to fix it also. I didn’t have time to stay to get it fixed so I came back Monday. When I came back Monday the guys were quick got me in and fixed it. When I was on the phone waiting on my vehicle to get done I heard the young lady say he’s done with the seat he “supposably broke.” That’s when the service turned bad for me. I simply explained I had no reason to lie and I have over 10 years plus in changing oil and currently still work at an oil service center. I was simply going off ford recommendations. From that experience I see how the moral was and how they really thought I lied by her not know it was my car. I probably won’t be back the that service center.

It cost me $80 for a hole drilled and one plastic rivet put in. 15 min max, so they said. It is OUTRAGEOUS and I’ll tell everyone I know about this and warn them about your service costs!!

No. I was quoted a price on the phone at Ford out West & again on Coliseum as $65 for an oil change & tire rotation. When I went to pay it was $95. The girl behind the counter thought it may have been because I had a Chevy & not a Ford however, on the phone I told both dealers it was a 2020 Equinex. ??

Very welcoming and interested in what I needed. Did the work promptly and completely. And kept us updated very well. We appreciate Joe and his folks. We have an RV and, although we live in South Dakota (here visiting family) we will be back for service when needed. Well Done!
