The lugnuts on my driver front tire were not even hand tightened when I left. Luckily I heard a grinding noise on the street before driving very far and returned to the service center to get it fixed. This could have been a disaster. Hopefully the rim was not damaged.
I received excellent service from Tom, the Service Manager, and tech. This has been the standard of service I’ve received over the last several years of bringing my Ford’s here. The same goes for their entire service team at this dealership. Quick Lube, Parts Department, Body Shop, and even the cashiers.
Bringing vehicle back Thursday am, problem not yet resolved
I had an issue one time at quick lane. It was handled very much to my satisfaction. Otherwise the 6 or 7 times I have been there I have been really happy. (thus the 6 or 7 times ) Truck only has 53,400 ish miles or I would’ve been there more. Great job!
Justin was great to work with. He was very thorough and detail oriented while working on our vehicle.
Tom was very helpful with the Ford Edge repair and dealing with the Insurance company.
He was nice and considerate.
Loaner car was a total mess. Covered with dog hair, greasy finger prints, and chips. Trunk broke while I was loading groceries into my car so I had to drive home with it open. Window was also broken and service knew about it. So glad I was given a beat up car to drive while Ford/Lincoln worked on my 70k car. Issue with my car still isn’t resolved either, so not the best service I’ve experienced in car service.

I had to clean oil off of the mats from the Technicians shoes. Also, have to clean the cloth seat in my vehicle because the technician had an oily rag in his pocket! I watched him get in the truck with it. I was in too big a hurry to bring it to their attention.

I wasn't completely satisfied - but you only give me 1 choice to answer. Moderately satisfied is more realistic. I prefer ford works on my car, but Your prices are too high.
