They service people are cordial and always willing to make sure my vehicle is always in great running shape. Tom especially keeps me posted since I live around 40 miles from the service department. He also suggest when somethings needed or if I don’t need to do something till the next service, Tom is a great representative of the service department and Ford.

No communication other than a text saying my vehicle was done and another text with an option to pay. The pay option text had no details other than a price? Then another text asking about my satisfaction. You have good people that are communicating via text instead of building a relationship. Makes a customer feel like nothing more than a number.
