Connor was incredibly helpful and kind. The singular experience that was negative about my service was I was told I would not be responsible for any rental car service, and ended up having to copay for my rental. It was only $4 a day so it was not an outrage.

John took great care of me today. I came in a little later in the afternoon and needed an oil change and alignment. He made sure it got done, understanding I was 50 miles from home. He saved me a lot of time and gas. And thanks to the tech who stayed late to help me out. Service like this is exactly why I have always received my service at your facility. Thank you

The driver smoked a cigarette in my vehicle there were ashes on my seat and steering wheel. And he hat a Fazolis cup and food in my vehicle. I don't even eat or drink I'm my own car. Down right disrespectful in my opinion. He had no business to drive my vehicle anywhere other than the dealership and my house.
