Disappointed on many levels. Communication ****. Been there 3 times for a repair and warranty work pickup and every time it's total confusion and I have to arrange a ride because my car is not done when they told me it was. Figure that out please.
John and the Quick Lane techs took excellent care of my F150. I got the works, and it was completed in a timely manner. I like taking my truck to Quick Lane for my regular oil change service! Thank you!

They picked up my car as Tom said they would. Fixed the noise I was hearing and replaced a broken light control panel. They text me when the car was done and returned it. Totally satisfied.. Great customer service...

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the young man that checked me in and walked me back up to the cashier. Since I had only one interaction with a male, I’ll assume it was Connor. ( The young man that assisted me was home schooled per our conversation). He was a very sweet young man and made sure I was happy with my service. He was a good addition to your team.

When Tom called me yesterday to tell me the part was in to repair my car, I didn’t know what he was referring to. Last week when I was there, no one informed me that a part needed to be ordered to make the repair. When I picked up my car, I thought it had already been repaired. There was nothing indicated otherwise on the invoice either. At this point I am not even sure what part they ordered since I needed repairs to 2 different parts of my car.
Extremely disappointed in my first ever visit at this dealership!!
