I understand the labor and materials/parts shortages that forefront today but it might be appropriate to warn your customers that intend to wait about wait times at that time and take the QUICK off of the business. Just a thought……
I am thankful one of the recalls was fixed on my vehicle I have one more recall to get fixed my car was there from 9 until 5 I was hoping everything thing was resolved. But I have learned to be patient and hopefully on another off day this issue is finally is resolved
I think customer service is very important and when they don't put stuff back the way they find it I don't like that sticker in the window you can't read it it didn't bother to put the computer back the way I had it set and I don't approve of that otherwise I hope everything else was way it should have been thank you

My car was full of things on the floor that I forgot about. They kindly swept under the things and did an incredible job.
The driver was friendly and courteous.
Travis is very nice and friendly. They were very busy, but the service was done within a decent time.
