I appreciate the quality service I received during my visit. My car was completed faster than I anticipated.
Took almost 2 hrs to get the works done. But in that time period, i had noticed that my truck had been pulled outside. I waited 10 min for someone to come get me since i was waiting. No one did so i went and asked what the hold up was. I was informed they were waiting on paperwork. So i went back to the showroom to kill some more time. About 10 ore min passed when a lady walked by and asked if i needed any help. I informed her that i had been waiting 20 min for service to get paperwork so i could leave. She went and tries to figure out what was going on and then another lady came by about a min later and said i could checkout/pay. As i was in the cashier window a 3rd lady tried to cash me out and asked a 4th young lady if everything was ready. The 4th young lady then said "Sorry, i got distracted" while she was talking to a 5th lady. I was handed the bill and inspection and paid and left. No one walked me through the inspection because apparently my battery was marked as yellow and needed charged. The truck is less than 3 years old. So thats how my experience was this more. 20 min or more longer than it had to be because someone got "distracted", and then they didn't point out the thing that maybe a problem with the inspection.
Service is always great that's why I keep coming back.
I was not very happy with the service I received at first. I was immediately transferred to the shop manager because the rep working with me told me my van would not be done for at least 5 more days to replace the alternator. I became upset at this because I was told they wouldn't get the part in for another 4 days. Michelle, the manager, assured me she would have the problem solved and be done with the van the next morning. She did what she said, and called the next morning at 9:15 to tell me it was finished. That saved the experience, and I made sure the general manager knew that her help was the thing that made me satisfied.
Carl was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the problem isolated in a couple of hours and completely in a couple more. When I picked up my Fusion Carl noticed the low tire light was on and he checked all the tires and pumped up he one that was low. I would gladly trust him with my car in the future.

We are new to the Fort Wayne area. Finding Bob Thomas Ford to car for our current vehicle was a great relief. The service we recieved was excellent fron the time I pulled in the Fast Service Lane until I left. Courtesy,Communication and Prompt Servicing were what I was looking for in a dealersbip and exactly what I recieved. Bob Thomas Ford just got a new customer !!
