I appreciate the prompt service BUT… my truck was not pulled out of the cage. I had to do multiple turns and back up to get my truck out of cage that was full of cars and trucks. All that money paid to the service department, the least you could do is have my truck outside parked waiting.

I meant to do this earlier. Everyone I dealt with in the shop were excellent. I expected the shop to have it longer than what they did. They surprised me and had it done earlier. It sounds so much better than what it did, and it does not scare me any longer! I also appreciate you were able to find a loaner for me. It definitely helped. I hope I don’t have to see you again too soon, but if I do I know you will take care of me just as well.

Everything was actually great, it was. Just one minor thing - I received and was charged for synthetic blend oil, and that’s all fine and well, but I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. Somehow that got lost in the communication chain. I’ve been there before, I’ll be there again, no big deal, but since you asked…. Thank you.
