Carl was a terrible representative to work with. My husband constantly had to over explain things to him. Felt like he needed his hand held to get the service completed on my vehicle. I needed my car returned but 2:45 on Thursday January 11, 2023. My vehicle was done at 11:30 and I had to find a ride back to the dealership after not getting timely communication from anyone.
