Once again I was disappointed with the service received. Even though I told 3 people that my liftgate appeared to be misaligned, they went through a complete diagnostic check and decided that I needed to replace the sensor mechanism . Then I said I was not going to pay for that and I requested them to please check the alignment. Once the
alignment was checked and repaired , the liftgate worked fine. Then they charged me for the time spent doing the diagnostic! What a rip off!

When they put my driver's side wiper arm back on it wasn't put in the original position. When I turned the wipers on the driver side went past the window a bit. Fixed it myself.

Service advisor was great. My whole service experience was great u til it was time to check out and leave when it was discovered that someone else’s name and contact information was added to my vehicle’s account with no reason and no resolution prior to leaving the dealership. I asked for a phone call back confirming that my account had been restored to my information and have yet to receive a call. I asked if my ford points had been affected by the mishap and was told they did not know but “probably not”. Ben Vorndran

First time at the Fast Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was prompt and courteous, in and out within an hour.
I was not notified that the car needed to replace some parts to get the aligment done correctly. But they did it any way with out letting me know. Thats not all when I was talking to a young cashier which she was nice explained what they did or was done . But there was another cashier telling her that she does not need to tell me anything to me about what was done or if it needed something to be replace. I was not happy with that comment.
