Unfortunately a part was ordered in February. From February to April I was never contacted about or updated on the parts where abouts. I was eventually refunded after requesting. I still have a vehicle that needs a fuel neck replacement and no part has arrived. Service department needs to look into customer communication improvements.

Everyone was really nice and helpful, but Michelle stole the show with her knowledge, professionalism and attention to customer service. I loved how she suggested staring the loaner ahead of time so it would be warm. I’m always cold so that was HUGE for me, so thoughtful. Thanks to all!

I purchased an extended warranty on 2014 f-150 . Went in to get oil change and service . Which got done ?. Went to repair to get estimate for my passenger mirror replaced due to mirror falling out. Told service manager that I had extended warranty. She informed. Me that wasn’t covered . Took estimate home to review contract. It doesn’t say it wasn’t covered. I paid a $2900 for this coverage .you want me to pay $300 for miirror replacement . When according to contract I should only have to deductible $ 100. Whether I file BBB complaint up to you or I ask for full extended warranty . Which is my right .

Travis went above and beyond. I took my car in prior Friday when Travis was off. My key was given back to me broke. Travis found out about issue. He made it right. I am very satisfied.

I had hoped the work could be done today, but I will be bringing my car back Friday for service. I’m not really dissatisfied with the service today, just disappointed the work could not be done today. I understand though since they were quite busy.

In for security not allowing to start was told that had to go through it costing me another $350 had running before was just needed security reset didn't tell me drive shaft was bad at pickup broke stabilizer on shaft my fault for driving it home
